Another packed weekend for us, dance competition, soccer games and a few breaths in between..
Lindsey competed in her solo competition on Friday night, April 26th where she received a platinum rating, 1st place in her group and 3rd place overall in points. Not too shabby... Her other group dances were on Sunday where they received 2 High Gold ratings with one dance receiving the precision award.

Soccer games have been quite fun to watch as Jacob is playing with a recreational league so the skill levels (and interest levels) vary quite a bit within the teams and games. So one may see a child hanging from the goalie box one week, girls chatting it up on the field while teammates play around them (it had to be a good story to catch up on ) or coaches without shoes. It doesn't say that coaches have to wear them, right?
